Please scroll to the bottom of this page and fill out the form if you wish to register online. Please call us rather than filling in the form if you feel you need to be seen urgently, but please note that we may not be able to offer same day appointments if you are not already a registered client.

Finding us:
We are based opposite the Shell garage / car wash on Bentley Road just off the main roundabout which takes you over the bridge into town or on to York Road.
From Sprotbrough go straight on at the roundabout at the end of Sprotbrough Road and we will be on your right.
From Bentley we will be on your left just before the roundabout.
From York Road go left at the roundabout at the end of York Road and we will be on your right.
Parking:
You can park on the street outside the practice – if you have an emergency then you can park in the keep clear space directly outside if it is free.
If the street is busy there is ample parking just over the road in the Centurion retail park. You can park here and use the crossing to get to us.
If you need help getting your pet inside (e.g. your dog is struggling to walk) please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

Please fill out the form below form to register – please contact your current / previous vets and ask them to email any records for any pet you’ve registered to reception@bentleyroadvets.com. If registering online please allow at least one working day for us to process your registration before calling for an appointment and please be aware that we will usually need your pet’s clinical history before making any booking.
